Become a Member

You can register with SIMIM to get the fees collected paid in two ways:

• Either you become a partner of our Cooperative. You will then pay a one-time partner share of 1,250 euros. By becoming a co-operative, you have the opportunity to actively participate in the life of the Cooperative: you are invited to the General Assembly, you vote at this meeting on issues that are important to the Cooperative, you can apply for the Board of Directors that is intensively involved in the strategic decisions for the Cooperative. With regard to the disbursements of the collected rights, you have the same rights as those who give sole mandate;
• Either you give mandate without becoming a member of the Cooperative. This is completely free. You may not be so closely involved in the company's business, but you also have the same rights and obligations as the co-operatives.

Questions regarding membership are sent to simim@simim.be. List in the subject line "Membership application" and provide the following information:

• Company name (if you don't have a company, fill in the text 'NATURAL PERSON')
• Contact person
• Address
• Phone
• e-mail
• VAT number
• Company number (if you don't have a company, fill out your NATIONAL REGISTER NUMBER)

If you also manage the rights of video clips, please state this explicitly, we propose that you also become a member of our sister association IMAGIA which manages the rights of video clips. IMAGIA Page
